Personally welcome new families and offer a brief tour of the kids ministry area. Reassure new parents of the safety, structure, and care their children will receive. Communicate any special needs or concerns to ministry leaders.

Whether it’s a first-time decision to follow Christ, baptism, joining a group, or serving, you help students know what’s next — and that they’re not alone. This role is deeply relational and spiritually impactful, guiding students with clarity, care, and encouragement.
Requirements: A deep love for Jesus and a passion for helping students grow spiritually. Strong listening and conversation skills — especially around sensitive or big spiritual moments. Confidence in sharing the gospel and guiding next step conversations. Trustworthy, warm, and able to keep follow-up organized. Willingness to complete safety training and a background check.

Description: As a Stage Host, you help set the tone for the entire night at Vibrant Students. You’re not just making announcements — you’re helping students feel excited, welcomed, and ready to engage. From the stage, you lead with energy, authenticity, and purpose, creating moments that connect students to each other, to leaders, and to Jesus.
Requirements: A confident and engaging stage presence (or willingness to grow into it). A heart to help students feel included, informed, and inspired. Strong communication and the ability to think on your feet. Reliability, preparation, and flexibility with the flow of the night. Willingness to complete safety training and a background check.
Relevant Skills or Interests Hosting & emceeing – enjoys leading games, making announcements, and setting the tone. Creating memorable moments – loves helping students laugh, engage, and feel connected. Student ministry involvement – wants to be a part of what God is doing in students’ lives. Description: Operates the "Next Steps" area in the lobby after each service. This person shoudl be knowledgeble of church events and about the mission of Vibrant and its values. The goal of this area is enagaement with people who are looking to take their next step in their walk of faith with Jesus and in the church. Connecting people to events, volunteer opportunities, baptisim, groups, and more is all a part of this role.

Description: Located at in the front right corner of the auditorium, this post is responsible for monitoring entry points into the auditorium and prepared to help with any disruptions that may occur in the service.
Description: This post is responsible for walking the building indoors and outdoors, checking that entry and exit points are secure and looking for potential issues.
Description: Located in the security office, just behind the cafe - this post is responsible for watching the security camera feed and monitoring for potential threats or disruption.
Description: This post is responsible for team communication and alerting to-know individuals. This person is responsible for being the point of contact for security response efforts. They are responsible for executing the emergency response communication chain.
Description: Sets up and mixes audio for worship services, including vocal and instrument mic levels. Troubleshoots issues and ensures excellent sound quality in the room.
