Fingerprint Waiver

If you’ve lived in PA for the last 10 consecutive years, you’ll need to sign our Fingerprint Waiver to omit you from FBI Fingerprinting.

FINGERPRINTING CLEARANCE

If you require fingerprints, please use the code 1KG6ZJ during registration to indicate that you’re an adult volunteer. You’ll need to pay for this upfront, but Vibrant will reimburse that expense if you provide a receipt to our office staff.
